Unique Disability ID Card

The UDID scheme is being implemented for the Persons with Disabilities with a view for creation of a National Database across the country. The project aims to encourage transparency, efficiency in the system of delivering the government benefits to the person with disabilities.
CRC SRE Tripura under the administrative control of NILD Kolkata helps the Persons with Disabilities in creation of UDID Card at free of cost.
The documents required for UDID Card are-
1. Disability Certificate with minimum of 41%
2. Aadhaar Card
3. Passport size Photo
4. Signature
