RVY Scheme

Introduction
The Central Sector Scheme aims at providing senior citizens, assisted-living devices which can restore near normalcy in their bodily functions. The assistive devices shall be of high quality and conforming to the standards laid down by the Bureau of Indian Standards, wherever applicable.

Scope
The Scheme aims to address following types of suffering from any of the age related disability/infirmity:-
(i) Low Vision;
(ii) Hearing impairment;
(iii) Loss of teeth; and
(iv) Locomotor disability.

Documents required
1. Aadhar Card (Age 60 & above)
2. Income certificate issued by the competent authority. (M.P/MLA/Councilor/Gram Pradhan/ District Administration) having monthly income below 12,000/-or holding a BPL Card
3. Passport size photo – 02 nos.
